Life as a mom isn't always so fun. Sometimes we are hurt by the words that come out of our childrens' mouths.
When I am disciplining Caleb and he does not want to comply, I occasionally hear these words:
Caleb: "I'm frustrated. I just want to get rid of you."
I'm thankful that he's expressing himself with words instead of just screaming out of frustration, but words can be just as unpleasant.
Sticks and stones may break our bones, but words can break our hearts!
