An excerpt from my BSF lesson that really spoke to me today:
"When one literally lives by drawing upon His exhaustless source of joy, peace, love, patience, self-control, power, strength to endure, and ability to meet every situation, life becomes abundant, zestful, adventuresome, without fear, and the personality is fully integrated."
I try time and again to control myself (my behavior and emotions). I am mostly referring to my many battles of wills with Caleb. This was a profound reminder to draw on Christ for all things. Namely love, patience, self-control, and strength to endure.
