Today's Events

Today was a good one.  Here's what went down...

We had a friend's dad come by this morning to check out our bathroom situation.  He recommended the following:

• Keep our current cabinets, just repair the door hinges, repair the top drawer, and possibly refinish/restain the doors and drawers.
• Replace the counter tops.
• Update the faucets.
• Tear down the awful florescent lighting with wood framing and update the lighting.
• Rip up the cracked/peeling linoleum and replace with tile.
• Refinish the bathtub.

This afternoon, Jadie's mom babysat while we:

• Ate lunch kid-free.
• Got Jadie's hair cut.
• Went shopping for a new dress for Bo & Courtney's wedding tonight.
• Ran into my cousin Bridget at Marshall's (Hi Bridget!)

We returned home and Jadie's mom offered to watch the kids while we went to the wedding! Suh-weet!
